Our technicians have the ability to remotely connect to your computers, servers, firewalls, printers and other network devices. Remote connections allow us to quickly assess what problems you are experiencing and assist you with a solution. Often we can jump on to your computer and solve problems in 5 minutes or less allowing you and your staff to get back to work quickly.
Our Managed IT clients already have remote agents installed, if you are experiencing a problem, call the help desk or email firstname.lastname@example.org. They will get back to you and if it’s appropriate solution they will remote into your computer to solve your problems. Some problems still are best handled in person, if the technician can’t solve the problem remotely we’ll dispatch a technician at your convenience. This remote service also allows us to work on problems during lunch, while you are in meetings, out of the office and after hours. If you have a non-critical problem email email@example.com and we’ll schedule the service when you aren’t working.
Not a managed service client, that’s ok too. Call our office and we’ll walk you through accepting a remote connection. We charge in 15 minute increments for remote work.
Not in the office? No problem, we can connect to you wherever you have an internet connection. Our client’s find this service very handy while they are traveling they can contact us and we can troubleshoot email, printing, remote server connections as well as iTunes and Netflix problems. We’ve connected to computers in China, on cruise ships in Europe, and all over the US.
